Synopsis for Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet out to 60 nm-
331 PM EDT Fri Jun 22 2018

.SYNOPSIS...The axis of the Atlantic high pressure ridge will
remain south of the local waters through Saturday before drifting
into north Florida early next week. This will generate a light to
gentle southerly breeze across the area with continued benign sea
conditions. However, increasing moisture will bring a return to
offshore moving storms in the afternoon and evening through
Saturday.

The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream based
on the Real Time Ocean Forecast System as of Tuesday June 19th.

Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 0-20 nm...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 514 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near West
Melbourne, moving northeast at 15 knots. Additional strong storms
will develop across northern Brevard county through 630 pm and
move toward the intracoastal and near shore waters through 715 pm.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
waves...lightning and heavy downpours. Make sure all on
board are wearing life jackets. Return to safe harbor if
possible.

* Locations impacted include...
Indialantic, and Melbourne Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
