.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Winds have
decreased this evening, but seas will remain steep and elevated
through the middle of the week at least. Another front will bring
another round of strong south winds on Tuesday. Meanwhile, at
least two heavy long-period swell trains are expected to impact
the coastal waters through the week.
