waters of Biscayne Bay and Lake Okeechobee.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3
of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average highest
10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Subtropical Storm Alberto is expected to move
northward and across the Gulf of Mexico during the rest of the
Memorial Day weekend, bringing deteriorating boating conditions.
Wind speeds will be between 25 and 30 knots across the Gulf
waters, with higher gusts even outside of any rain bands. Over
the Atlantic waters, South-Southeast winds of 20 to 25 knots
tonight and continuing through late Sunday. Wind speeds gradually
decrease to 15 to 20 knots late on Memorial Day, except over the
offshore Gulf waters where winds will remain around 20 knots.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Seas will be building to at least 7 feet
this weekend.

The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream as of
May 26, 2018 at 1200 UTC...

9 nautical miles northeast of Fowey Rocks.
11 nautical miles east northeast of Port Everglades.

* At 714 PM EDT, a shower capable of producing waterspouts was
located near T Tower, moving northwest at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small
craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

* The shower will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
seas. Seek safe harbor immediately.
