Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Late today into Tuesday, a 29.5 inch trough will move
through the Upper Great Lakes. A high of 30.2 inches over the
central Plains will follow on Wednesday before a strengthening low
pressure of 29.5 inches tracks out of the Rockies and into the
Plains on Thursday. The 29.5 low is expected to track northeast
across the Lower Peninsula through Friday and then cross Lake
Huron on Friday night.
