IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LARGE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES STRETCHING FROM THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS NORTHEAST TO ONTARIO WILL SHIFT TO THE SOUTHEAST
TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY AND THEN BECOME CENTERED OVER THE LAKE AT
30.4 INCHES SATURDAY EVENING. THIS HIGH WILL THEN REACH THE
SOUTHEAST U.S. MONDAY MORNING. A 29.7 INCH LOW FORMS OVER THE
PLAINS SUNDAY NIGHT AND DEEPENS TO 29.3 INCHES AS IT MOVES OVER
JAMES BAY TUESDAY NIGHT. THE LOW WILL DRAG A COLD FRONT ACROSS
THE LAKE TUESDAY. A SECOND WEAKER LOW OF 29.9 INCHES PASSES OVER
THE LAKE THURSDAY EVENING...THEN A 30.3 INCH HIGH MOVES OVER THE
