Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the eastern Gulf combined with a
trough of low pressure over west Texas through lee of the Sierra
Madre will maintain moderate winds and seas through early week. A
quick moving tropical wave will cross the southwest Gulf waters
late Sunday and into Monday increasing the threat for rain.
Otherwise, moderate winds and seas will continue through Tuesday
before subsiding a little Wednesday as the gradient between the
high and the trough weakens.
