AFTERNOON AS A STORM SYSTEM LIFTS INTO THE REGION FROM NEVADA.
SNOW LEVELS WILL RANGE BETWEEN 5500 AND 6000 FEET MSL THIS EVENING
BEFORE GRADUALLY DECREASING LATE TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING.
STORM TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 1 TO 3 INCHES
ACROSS THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS TO 3 TO 6 INCHES ACROSS THE EASTERN
HIGHLANDS THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. BY WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON...THE STORM SYSTEM WILL BEGIN TO SHIFT EAST INTO WYOMING
WITH PARTIAL CLEARING ACROSS THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS GRADUALLY
SPREADING INTO THE EASTERN HIGHLANDS LATE WEDNESDAY EVENING.
INDIVIDUALS PLANNING TRAVEL INTO THE EASTERN HIGHLANDS TONIGHT OR
WEDNESDAY MORNING SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS.

THROUGH NOON WEDNESDAY. FURTHER NORTH ACROSS INL AND THE MUD LAKE
REGION WHERE TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN COOLER...A MIX OF RAIN AND
SNOW IS POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING WITH AN OUTSIDE
CHANCE OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN AROUND THE WEDNESDAY MORNING
COMMUTE. BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...THE STORM SYSTEM WILL BEGIN TO

DENSE FOG AT TIMES WITH VISIBILITY REDUCED TO 1/4 MILE. MOTORISTS
SHOULD ALSO USE CAUTION ON LOCAL ROADWAYS WHERE RECENT PRECIPITATION
HAS FROZEN PRODUCING BLACK ICE.
